Ben Schwartz, who stars as Jean-Ralphio Sapperstein in Parks and Recreation, has come forward to "confirm" that his character is indeed related to Joe Keery's Steve Harrington from Stranger Things.
A crossover theory emerged when fans noticed the striking similarity between Jean-Ralphio and Steve Harrington. As such, some began to speculate that Steve eventually becomes Jean-Ralphio's father. Schwartz has since "confirmed" the connection in a skit that aired during an episode of The Late Late Show with James Corden.
Stranger Things made its Netflix debut earlier this year to much critical acclaim. Series co-creators Matt and Ross Duffer already have a few ideas for the future of Stranger Things, and are even looking into creating a video game that leads into a second season.
