Batman Star-Director Ben Affleck Teases Deathstroke

But will the character appear in Justice League or the standalone Bat film?

Batman star Ben Affleck has revealed a mysterious teaser on his social media accounts depicting the DC villain Deathstroke in action.

While Affleck is currently shooting Justice League in London, he also has a standalone Batman movie in the works which he will co-write and direct in addition to starring in. It's unclear which of these projects the Deathstroke footage is related to. Check out the video below:

Deathstroke, who is not to be confused with Deadshot or Deadpool or Deadman, is also known as Slade Wilson in the comics. He's an assassin who debuted as a Teen Titans villain before branching out to face the likes of Green Arrow and, of course, Batman.

Justice League will be released on November 10, 2017, while the Batman solo film does not currently have a release date -- but is certainly a priority at Warner Bros.
