UPDATE: Nintendo has now confirmed that the leaked Pokémon are indeed new designs for Sun and Moon, releasing a trailer including all the below entries, as well as one further Pokemon, a snake-like creature that can... turn into a mech. Who even knows anymore.
ORIGINAL STORY: A batch of new monsters from the upcoming Pokémon Sun and Moon has seemingly been leaked, a day before the Pokémon Company releases new information about the 3DS games. The reaction to them has been mixed, to say the least.
Apparently coming from an embargo-breaking Russian source, images were originally posted on 4chan - after which a set of videos was released.
Here's a gallery of images, along with the apparent names of each new 'mon:
Personal favourites include the bug that is also a bus(?) and the one that looks like Falkor.
If these do turn out to be real, the leak of most interest would be Togederamu, which could be a cross between a Pikachu or Dedenne and a Togepi. Is someone splicing Pokémon together in this new game? Honestly, that's even less messed up than the fact that it's not called Togepikachu.
While the evidence is convincing, it's still unclear if these are real, nor even whether the names attributed to each are correct.
The videos of each are included below, but expect them to be pulled down soon if this turns out to be a true leak:
