Turn-based RPG Earthlock: Festival of Magic will launch as part of Xbox Live Games With Gold's line-up of free games for September.
Announced on the Major Nelson blog, the game will arrive on September 1 (arriving on Steam priced at $29.99 on the same day).
The rest of September's Games With Gold line-up will be announced this week, beginning August 22.
Earthlock itself is a classic-style fantasy RPG, drawing elements from the likes of Final Fantasy, Secret of Mana, and even Harvest Moon. It follows the adventure of Amon, a desert scavenger on a world that's stopped spinning. You can find out more on the game's now-successful Kickstarter page.
The game currently has a month of console exclusivity, after which it will launch on PS4 and Wii U.
August has been a good month for Games with Gold - right now, Gold members can claim WWE 2K16 and Beyond Good and Evil HD.
