Anime streaming service Crunchyroll announced a plan during its Anime Expo panel to release a number of its titles on Blu-ray and DVD with English dubs.
The company also revealed it has acquired merchandising rights for Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress—which will also be released on Blu-ray and DVD with dubs. IGN recently named Kabaneri one of best anime titles from the spring 2016 season.
The full lineup includes Berserk, Twin Star Exorcists, Gintama, Yamada-kun and the Seven Witches, Myriad of Colors Phantom World, Free! Iwatobi Swim Club, Big Order, and Kabaneri of the Iron Fortress. Crunchyroll expects to release more information "later on."
Berserk—a current series—is based on Kentaro Miura's Berserk manga, and the sequel to the Golden Arc film trilogy. Missed the first episode? Check out IGN's Berserk review.
