Blizzard Hiring Director for New Diablo Project

Go to hell, and get paid for the privilege.

Blizzard has begun advertising for a game director to "lead the Diablo series into the future".

Reported by BlizzPro, Blizzard's Irvine studio career page added the job yesterday, listing it as "Game Director, Unannounced Project - Diablo".

Blizzard has posted several previous vacancies for the same project, but it was unclear whether that might be a new game, DLC or otherwise. However, the latest listing's call for the applicant to "lead the Diablo series into the future" appears to indicate the former.

Diablo 3 director, Jay Wilson left Blizzard and the games industry earlier this month, perhaps prompting the search for new blood.
