Remember the scene in Spider-Man: Homecoming when Peter Parker rode a horse through a mountain range to go hang out with a group of pandas? No? Well, luckily the Homecoming Chinese posters allow you to imagine what that scene would be like.
Spider-Man: Homecoming launches in China in September, and ahead of the release, nine posters have debuted featuring Spider-Man in many scenarios that are — spoilers — not in the movie but will very much make you wish they were. Check out the images of Spidey lounging on the Great Wall, palling around with baby pandas, and more in the gallery below:
Homecoming recently crossed the $300 million mark at the box office, and a look at Spider-Man's suit in Avengers: Infinity War was recently revealed. (For more of our coverage of Avengers: Infinity War, check out what the film's director had to say about the relationship between Spidey and Doctor Strange in the film Peter Parker's first solo film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe scored the highest-ever debut weekend for a superhero in the MCU, though it then suffered the largest second-weekend drop of Marvel Studios' universe.
Reports also suggest that Homecoming's director Jon Watts is returning for the Spider-Man sequel, which hits theaters un July 5, 2019.
Meanwhile, Sony is planning its own Marvel universe based on various characters from the Spider-Man Marvel comics separate from Spider-Man's inclusion in the MCU. Recent reports have suggested each film in that universe will aim to have its own distinct style.
