There are 11 Hoysala Tokens to find in total:
When at the top of the large tower in the center of the Western Ghats, Chloe opens a door that reveals a ruin she doesn't recognize. Travel there - marked with a "?" on your map - to unvail the approximate location of all the tokens.
After all 11 tokens have been found, Chloe will be able to retrieve the Queen's Bracelet - a powerful item that resonates whenever it is in close proximity to another treasure.

Drive up the muddy hill just south of the Cobra token location, and follow the path as it winds upwards until you reach a short set of cliffs next to a high mudslide.
You can see the Hoysala totem marking these cliffs - climb them and enter the ruined tower overlooking the mudslide. Use your rope to swing across the hill and land on the pillar sticking up out of the mud, then slide down the hill towards to opening in the cliff wall.
Jump to the platform before sliding off the hill, then make your way through the low passage to find the token buried within the cave.
The Cow Token can be acquired in the ruins that lie beside the large central tower in the Western Ghats.
In order to retrieve it, Chloe must activate the switch atop the central ruin, then use her rope to swing to each of the fountains on the surrounding rooftops. Once she's stepped on all five pressure pads, return to the center fountain to claim the token.
To collect this token, drive to the relief in the eastern cliffs - you'll notice it's surrounded by bells.
Climb the face of the right-hand (southern) wall and shoot all of the bells in quick succession to un-bar the door and collect the token.
The duck, or mallard, token can be found near the Photo Op beside the elephant statue adjacent to Parashurama's fortress.
Near the front of the elephant statue is a square opening below the surface of the shallow water. Dive down into it and through the tunnel to come up in a small underground cavern - you will find the token here.
Heading through the low canyon from the starting area towards Parashurama's fortress, stop your jeep and get out next to the crumbling pillars and ruins.
Climb the rocks on the eastern wall of the canyon, then use your rope to swing off the tree branch and cross the gap onto the ruins.
Swing all the way through to find this token behind a destructible wall.
In the central area of the Western Ghats, you'll come across a small cluster of ruins built around a well.
Climb to the top of the structure directly above the well cap and walk out onto the beam you find.
Next, latch onto it with your rope and jump off the opposite side of the beam. This will dislodge the stone cap and allow you to climb down into the well where you'll find a token.
To the north-west of Shiva's fortress lies another relief carved into the cliff face. Climb up the left-hand side of it and press the button next to the wall to activate a rotating puzzle.
The key to this puzzle is patience. First, move the large piece into place, then rotate it around so that it's on the opposite side of the carving. Remove it from the center, then rotate the opening back around to bring the medium piece into the center.
Rotate both the outer ring and middle ring back to the other side so that you can also remove the center piece on the right side, then bring them both back to the starting edge to place the smallest portion in the center.
Once the center is filled in, re-rotate the circle to fill in the middle and outer rings, and rotate the carving until the image is complete.
Once everything is correctly aligned, the door will unlock and you can claim the Horse Token.
This token can be found in the ruins overlooking Parashurama's fortress from the north.
You'll encounter a crew of Asav's men. There are two of them armed with RPGs, so we recommend a stealthy approach from the cliffside to the south.
The exact location of this Token can change - if you approach from the north, near the patrol's truck, it will be inside the ruins blocked by a weakened wall. If, however, you approach up the cliff face to the south, you'll overhear two guards discussing a token they picked up - you can find it in the lock box in the middle of the ruins.
The Owl Token is found in the shrine where the Queen's Bracelet is found, originally marked with a "?" after climbing the tower.
The token is in the small chamber to the left of the map wall.
At the southern end of the bridge to the south of the central tower are some ruins being patrolled by Asav's men. They're armed with a mounted turret, so stealth is the best option here.
BLAST 'EM: If you do cause a ruckus, a truckload of reinforcements will arrive - use the mounted turret to destroy the truck and anyone inside.
To collect the token, use an explosive to destroy the weakened wall at the top of the ruins, then climb inside to recover the token.
This token sits in the middle of the Western Ghats, directly south of the entrance to Shiva's fortress (the Axe).
Eliminate the guards patrolling the area - take special care to avoid the sniper on the roof to the west - then destroy the weakened wall next to the totem to claim the token.
