Killer Instinct Hints at Perfect Dark, Crackdown, Halo Characters

A Dark future?

An official survey about the future of Killer Instinct has revealed some of the guest characters developer Iron Galaxy is toying with including.

The survey (spotted by Inquisitr) includes a question asking users to rank 9 possible new characters by order of preference, including Perfect Dark's Joanna Dark, a Crackdown Agent and a Halo Brute.

Other entries include original Killer Instinct boss, Eyedol, as well as vaguer descriptions of possible new character types.

Killer Instinct is building a nice little selection of guest characters, so far including the likes of Halo's Arbiter, Gears of War's General RAAM and Battletoads' Rash.

The survey also quizzes users on five re-imagined versions of the game's existing characters. It's not clear whether these would be new skins for the characters, or altered versions of them, as in the case of Jago and Shadow Jago:

Iron Galaxy is making no promises that any of these ideas will be included in future updates for the game, but it seems likely that this exercise is in order to whittle down an existing shortlist. According to an Iron Galaxy Community Manager, by Sunday, July 3 there had been over 2,500 votes cast.

If you'd like to make your opinion known, the survey runs until Tuesday, July 5.
