Deadpool 2: Domino Shortlist Includes 6 Actresses

The mutant mercenary is a love interest of Cable.

Six actresses, including Mary Elizabeth Winstead and Lizzy Caplan, are reportedly contenders to play Domino in Deadpool 2.

According to Collider, Deadpool 2 director Tim Miller and company have started testing for Neena Thurman, also known as Domino. Caplan (The Interview), Winstead (Scott Pilgrim), Sienna Miller (American Sniper), Sofia Boutella (Kingsman: The Secret Service), Stephanie Sigman (Spectre) and Sylvia Hoeks (Blade Runner 2049) are in the running.

Like Deadpool, Domino is a mutant and mercenary. She also has a history with Cable, who's set to appear in the Fox/Marvel sequel.

Previously, Bloodline star Kyle Chandler and Halt and Catch Fire's Mackenzie Davis were rumored for Cable and Domino, but Davis said that was unfortunately not the case for her in August.

There is no release date yet for Deadpool 2.
