Batman: Arkham VR aims to tell a "highly focused" murder-mystery story, with players taking their place behind the famous cowl - and we now know just how long that focus will last.
According to Rocksteady brand marketing producer, Dax Ginn, a single regular runthrough of the game's story will take around an hour - but there's slightly more to it than that:
“The core narrative is about 60 minutes in duration," Ginn tells PressStart, "however additional content is unlocked that provides about another 90 minutes of gameplay on top of that."
It's the first time Rocksteady has spoken specifically about the game's length, although it's never been billed as something akin to the core Batman: Arkham games.
We've only played two short sections of the game so far, but Ginn says that the sheer level of detail included will provide "plenty of reasons to play through the game multiple times in order to see everything that we have put into it.”
The game will be released alongside PlayStation VR on October 13, priced at £15.99 (US RRP not confirmed).
