McDonald's Happy Meals Now Include Mario Toys

You could also win a Nintendo Switch.

Nintendo and McDonald's have joined forces to put Mario toys into Happy Meals from April 26 until May 22.

There are eight different toys, including Mario, Luigi, Bowser, Yoshi, Princess Peach, Invincible Mario, a 1-Up Mushroom, and a Red Koopa Shell.

“Nintendo is always looking for ways to expand its brand, and a partnership with the family-friendly McDonald’s restaurants felt like a great fit,” said Doug Bowser, Nintendo of America’s Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “Like Mario, Happy Meals are something both kids and parents grew up with.”

You can also enter a sweepstakes to win a Nintendo Switch and Mario Kart 8 Deluxe. Using the McDonald's app to scan your meal will get you one sweepstakes entry, or two entries if it's a Happy Meal. There will only be 100 winners, though, so don't get your hopes too far up.

Mario Kart 8 Deluxe will be released April 28, giving you a chance to enjoy your favorite Mario characters even if you've grown out of being in the market for a Happy Meal.
