Emilia Clarke Says Talking Han Solo Film 'Scarier' Than GoT

"It's a delight to do something on that level."

Game of Thrones star Emilia Clarke shared a few words about her involvement in the upcoming Han Solo movie, saying that discussing Disney's upcoming standalone Star Wars film is "even scarier" than HBO's hit fantasy drama.

In an interview with Los Angeles Daily News, Clarke was asked about the Han Solo movie, and while the actress remained tight-lipped on her role, she spoke highly Alden Ehrenreich as young Han Solo. "I genuinely can’t tell you anything other than Alden is magnificent, and it's a delight to do something on that level with really cool actors and nice people. But it's even scarier talking about that than Game of Thrones," she said.

Clarke also shared a few words about Game of Thrones. While she's already wrapped filming on Season 7, the actress, who stars as Daenerys Targaryen, has been kept entirely in the dark about what happens in the show's eighth and final season. "No one knows anything. No one is told anything. It's all crazy," Clarke said of Game of Thrones' final year. "It's a secret from the cast. We generally can't be trusted. They pretty much have told us so."

Game of Thrones's seventh season will premiere on Sunday, July 16 at 9 p.m. ET/PT. Check out this batch of Season 7 photos for a sneak peek at what lies ahead for the Mother of Dragons and read up on everything we know about Game of Thrones' final two seasons.

Meanwhile, Disney's still-untitled Han Solo movie opens in theaters on May 25, 2018. Check out this photo of the film's cast, alongside directors Phil Lord and Chris Miller, as shooting is now underway.
