Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them

Release Date: Tuesday, March 28, 2017

  • See it on Amazon for $24.99 (Blu-ray)

From our Review: Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling has more stories to tell about her Wizarding World, and like Star Wars and The Lord of the Rings before her, she’s doing a prequel story (and her first screenplay) that takes place decades before The Boy Who Lived took on You-Know-Who. Set in 1926 New York City, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them follows soft-spoken, awkward magizoologist Newt Scamander (Eddie Redmayne) as he attempts to return all of the escaped magical creatures to the zoo inside his briefcase. While the beasts are indeed fantastic, watching Newt and his new group of friends round them up just isn’t as entertaining or compelling as Harry, Ron and Hermione running around Hogwarts.

Naruto Uzumaki must protect the Hidden Leaf Village, leaving his resentful son Boruto yearning for attention. As a result, Naruto's childhood friend Sasuke takes Boruto under his wing.

Earn blood in battle to offer in tribute to the Gods in order to acquire and enhance devastating Spell Powers and other special unlockables.

Has-Been Heroes

Release Date: Tuesday, March 28, 2017

  • See it on Amazon for $19.99 (Digital Code for Xbox One)
  • Also downloadable on Nintendo Switch, PS4 and PC

From our Review: So a warrior, a monk, and a rogue walk onto a battlefield and then... they die. A lot. And then they have to start all over. That's been the punchline of so many of my attempts with Has-Been Heroes, and while I may have laughed a couple of times in my first few hours and enjoyed some of the good ideas put forth, my goodwill has become a has-been itself. It's bruised my admiration of the otherwise-appealing premise of this roguelike lane-brawler to the point that right now I’m content to let these heroes remain the has-beens the title says they are.

Salt and Sanctuary – Vita Version

Release Date: Tuesday, March 28, 2017

  • Downloadable on Vita

From our Review of the PC Version Forget about mages and warriors—in an RPG with a name like Salt and Sanctuary, I figured it was only appropriate to save the world as a chef. It's one of the eight starting classes, after all, and thus, clad in apron and armed with a three-foot iron pot and a handful of potatoes, I left the sanctuary of my galley to slay the pirates stealing our princess from our ship and murdering my crewmen. Larry never brained Curly with such vigor. Gordon Ramsay never unleashed such spite.

God Wars: Future Past

Release Date: Tuesday, March 28, 2017

  • Also downloadable on PS4 and Vita

God Wars: Future Past is a tactical RPG that depicts the conflict and surge of young heroes in ancient Japan. This is an adventure that merges the world of Kojiki, Japan's oldest history book, and the fairy-tales of Japanese folklore. The amazing saga of mighty heroes who fought bravely against their fate and the wrath of the Gods, has now been revealed.

Release Date: Thursday, March 30, 2017

  • See it on Steam for $13.49 (PC)

A retro, pixel art style adventure in New York, inspired by 80’s cop shows. You are Jack Kelly and you’ve been framed for murder. Now as a regular beat cop you have to find out, who did that. Expect thick crime story, a lot of black humour and all the other things you can find on the streets of Brooklyn.

Thimbleweed Park

Release Date: Thursday, March 30, 2017

  • See it on Steam (PC)
  • Also downloadable on Xbox One

Thimbleweed Park is the curious story of two washed up detectives called in to investigate a dead body found in the river just outside of town. Lost along a dusty stretch of highway, Thimbleweed Park once boasted an opulent hotel, a vibrant business district, and the state's largest pillow factory. Now it teeters on the edge of oblivion, stinking of a desperate longing to be what it once was. When a dead body turns up in the river, the federal agents sent to investigate are immediately suspicious of each other. Then a cursed clown, a jaded heiress, and the ghost of a pillow salesman get mixed up in the case and things start to get really weird.

Switching between these five playable characters, you'll explore the vast, strange town of Thimbleweed Park, unravel a darkly humorous neo-noir mystery, and solve puzzles dreamed up by Ron Gilbert and Gary Winnick, two originators of the adventure game genre now pushing the gameplay and story crafting into wild new directions!
