Reactivating the Vault on Kadara will restore the planet's atmosphere to a habitable temperature. There are also a series of bonuses and puzzles located within.
When you make it to Kadara, drive over to the monolith closest to your landing point. Like most monoliths, you'll have to find and scan three glyphs before powering the monolith. The first was is on the side of one of the towers. Another is at the base of another tower, while the third can be found on top of one the slanted towers. Use the image below if you need help with the decryption puzzle!
Head over to the monolith west of the first one. Drop down into the ditch to find the console, but this one only requires two glyphs. The first glyph is on the side of one tower while the second is underneath one of the slanted towers.
Finally, head south to find the last monolith. This one is in a cave, and you'll have to clear the area of a few enemies before you can start scanning. Two glyphs are on the underside of two separate towers near the main console. Another glyph can be found a little further out on the side of a tower. The last one can be scanned at the base of the tower near a rocky area.
Now that all three monoliths have been restored, head for the point where the monoliths intersect, out in the open desert. There you'll find your newest vault. Head inside and hop onto the gravity wall to have it take down.
Before you do anything, drop down to the area below the console to find a remnant core. Scan it to get 100 remnant research points! Activate the power console to have three corrupted shield bubbles appear. They are not safe to go through, so you'll have to be quick and enter each one to activate the console trapped inside. Once all the three have been activated, head through the now open door ahead.
There are enemies up ahead, so get prepared for a small fight. Jump across the platforms and for now, ignore the next console you see. Continue jumping up, then walk along the right edge where another remnant core can be scanned. Cross the bridge to find the door to the bonus room locked away with a barrier. Keep this area in mind for later!
Continue walking along the path and you'll find another console. Activate it to have four corrupted bubble shields appear. Fight off the enemies that appear, then go over to the area on the left and jump up the platforms to find a door.
Head inside to find a Destroyer. Take it out along with other smaller enemies, then use the nearby console to take the corruption off the shield bubble. Hop up to the top of the block in the center of the room to find another console. Interact with it to start a Remnant Decryption Puzzle. Use our image above to help you if you get stuck! Completing it will grant you +2 Skill Points.
Return to the previous room and head for the next door to your left. Fight off the two Assemblers, then reach the end of the hallway to find six consoles and a locked door. Puzzle time! Each console is represented by a character. Activate them in order of the characters shown on the door. If you're facing the locked door, activate each console in this order:
- Middle Left
- Top Right
- Bottom Left
- Bottom Right
- Middle Right
- Top Left
Head inside the now opened door to find three remnant cores that should be scanned (300 remnant research points total) and a Remnant Data Core that you can collect.
Head back to the previous room with the four bubble shields. If you look to the right of the main console that activated the shields, you'll see another locked door across the liquid. Use your scanner to see a where the connection from the door leads. Follow the line up to a console on a higher ledge. Activate it, then jump across the liquid to get to the now opened door. There you'll find a container.
From there, jump onto the small ledges on the right. Go up to the highest platform, then start jumping to ledges along the wall. This will bring you to another remnant core you can scan, along with bringing you to the next area. Run over to another big closed door, then activate the console nearby to drop the nearby platforms and open the next door.
Now in the final room, run inside the five different corrupted shield bubbles and activate the consoles inside to clean them. Do this while fighting off Observers and Assemblers situated in different areas in the room. Once all the bubbles are restored, activate the purification console and book it out of there.
Leave the room and jump over the liquid, then use the platforms to make it to bonus room. With the barrier gone, grab the contents of the container inside, then run towards the nav point and the start of the vault. Activate the last console to stop the purification smoke from entering. And with that, the vault is complete!
