At The Game Awards tonight, Telltale announced Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy: A Telltale Series.
The series will span five episodes and launches in 2017 on PC, consoles, and mobile.
According to Telltale, "players will take on multiple roles within the ragtag band of heroes, and take the pilot's seat in directing their escapades around the universe."
Telltale announced its partnership with Marvel way back in 2015, but didn’t confirm a specific franchise at the time. Tonight’s reveal confirms rumors that circulated last month and comes just in time for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, which hits theaters in May of next year.
