Got a comic lover in your life? Friend or family, let our holiday guide to the best comic gifts help you on your path to gift-giving super hero status. Whether they're a Marvel fan, DC fan, Image, indie, or other, we've got suggestions to help you get the perfect gift this holiday season.
This is an excellent addition to the library of any Marvel fan and would make a great gift. The hardcover collection of Marvel's Secret Wars is 312-pages of universe-destroying Marvel goodness. The book is a collection of Secret Wars issues 1 through 9 and also includes the free comic book day Secret Wars issue 0.
Not only is it a cool story that destroys the Marvel and Ultimate universes, it's also an attractive book that will look great on the shelf of your favorite Marvel fan.
Secret Wars a little to broad? Narrow it down with All-New Ghost Rider Volume 1: Engines of Vengeance and All-New Ghost Rider Volume 2: Legend. Then, if Ghost Rider gets a Netflix show, your friend or family member can feel superior having already read the books.

Do you know someone who likes Spider-Man? Probably. Do you know someone who likes Deadpool? Likely. If they aren't the same person, well you've just killed two birds with one stone because Spider-Man/Deadpool will satisfy the superhero cravings of both.
The first volume of the collected Spider-Man/Deadpool series sees your friendly neighborhood webslinger and the merc with a mouth coming together to embark on a journey of love, hate, adventure, and covers the Spider-Man/Deadpool issues 1-5 and issue 8. What happened in issues 6 and 7? They aren't part of the Isn't it Bromantic arc.
If Deadpool and Spider-man being bros doesn't ignite the gift giving flame inside you, but you still want something irreverent to give as a gift, get The Unbeatable Squirrel Girl Beats Up the Marvel Universe.

Vision was created by the hand of Ultron and ultimately rebelled against his creator to help the Avengers battle Ultron. But the synthetic human has always felt the need to be greater than the sum of his parts. His desire for humanity leads him back to the very lab in which he was created, a lab in which Vision creates… a family?
This darkly humorous collection of Vision 1 through 6 follows Vision and his family as they adjust to suburban life in Arlington, Virginia. In addition to the 6 books, it also has all the covers, which makes this bizarre take on suburbia all the sweeter.
Make it a double by tossing in Vision Vol. 2. Or consider this great Thor hardcover which collects Thor 1-8 and Thor Annual 1. Or ahead of the upcoming movie, Black Panther: A Nation Under Our Feet Book 1.

Try to say "Worst X-Man Ever" out loud and do it without affecting Comic Book Guy's voice from the Simpsons. Can you do it? If you said you can, you're a damn dirty liar. Worst X-Man Ever collects issues 1 through 5 of the comic of the same name.
The book follows Bailey Hoskins, a mutant whose power is the ability to blow himself up with the explosive force of a bomb. Unfortunately, doing so would kill him, so he's only really able to use his powers once. The story is ultimately about a kid trying to find his place in a world of outcasts, which makes the normal struggle of finding your place even harder. Maybe consider giving this one to a younger family member, but it works for any X-Men fan.
Another good choice for the X-Men fan on your list is All-New Wolverine Vol. 1: The Four Sisters, because Wolverine is the best member of the X-Men and you know it's true.
