Final Fantasy XIV: Stormblood Release Date Announced

Red Mage job confirmed, and new raid will be titled Return to Ivalice.

At FFXIV Fan Festival in Tokyo today, Square Enix announced that Final Fantasy XIV’s Stormblood expansion will launch on June 20, 2017.

The release date was confirmed on Final Fantasy XIV's official Twitter account. During the event, Square Enix also revealed the new Red Mage job class, as well as a new raid titled Return to Ivalice.

Via the official PlayStation Twitter account, a handful of new images from Stormblood were also revealed. You can swipe through the gallery below to see new art of the Red Mage, the logo for Return to Ivalice, as well as screenshots featuring swimming, diving, and more.

Square Enix first announced Stormblood back in October, confirming an increased level cap from 60 to 70 and much more.
