Which Avenger Does Captain Marvel Want to Fight?

Captain Marvel actress Brie Larson has revealed that she wants to go head-to-head with The Hulk.

Speaking with USA Today, Larson talked about tangling with the Avenger. "I do kind of have fantasies of battling The Hulk, just because that's, like, it's just visually so good," she said.

She'll have to get in line, though, since The Hulk will next appear in Thor: Ragnarok later this year. Plus, the Captain Marvel movie is set in the early 1990s, a decade before Bruce Banner's radiation accident.

In fact, Captain Marvel will actually face off with The Skrulls in the 2019 film. Marvel co-owns the Skrulls with 20th Century Fox, letting them bring the villains to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

One notable person pumped about that? Guardians of the Galaxy writer and director James Gunn, who's extremely excited to see The Skrulls in Captain Marvel.
