Hoonigan Car Pack Coming to Forza Horizon 3, Forza Motorsport 7

Hooning is not a crime.

The fresh content for Forza Horizon 3 continues this month with Xbox confirming the ‘Hoonigan Car Pack’, produced in partnership with motorsport/lifestyle company Hoonigan. The Forza Horizon 3 Hoonigan Car Pack will be available next week, on August 15.

The pack of seven, custom-built cars will be available as a standalone purchase for USD$7, although if you pre-order Forza Motorsport 7 digitally (or already have, prior to this announcement) you’ll receive the car pack for no additional cost. You’ll also receive a Hoonigan Car Pack for Forza Motorsport 7 (the Forza Motorsport 7 Hoonigan Car Pack will be available to use on September 29 for Ultimate Edition owners via early access, and October 3 for Deluxe and Standard Edition owners).

The Forza Horizon 3 Hoonigan Car Pack contains the 1965 Hoonigan Ford Mustang Hoonicorn RTR V2 (a re-worked version of the all-wheel drive Mustang Ken Block debuted in Gymkhana SEVEN with two turbos shoehorned into it) as well as Block’s 1978 Hoonigan Ford Escort Mk2 RS1800. It also features the 1979 Hoonigan Baldwin Motorsports “Loki” K5 Blazer, the 1955 Hoonigan Chevrolet Bel Air, the 1972 Hoonigan Chevrolet “Napalm Nova”, the 1992 Hoonigan Mazda RX-7 TwerkStallion and the 1991 Hoonigan Rauh-Welt Begriff Porsche 911 Turbo.

The Forza Motorsport 7 Hoonigan Car Pack will include the same cars with one exception; the Blazer will be substituted with Formula Drift driver Josh Robinson’s 1000+ horsepower Holden Commodore Ute. There aren’t any screenshots of this one yet but you can get a taste of this antisocial slab of antipodean engineering tearing up the Hoonigan Donut Garage here.

Hoonigan was founded in 2011 by professional driver/DC shoes co-founder Ken Block and 0-60 Magazine editor-in-chief Brian Scotto. This is the latest of the collaborations between Forza and Hoonigan, which began with last year’s debut of Gymkhana NINE and continued with the inclusion of Block’s 2016 Ford Focus RS RX supercar in the Forza Horizon 3 Blizzard Mountain expansion.
