The Wizarding World of Harry Potter at Universal Orlando Resort will debut a new Christmas experience this year.
The Christmas experience previously announced by Universal will run from November 18, 2017 to January 6, 2018, during which Hogsmeade and its storefronts will be decked out with uniquely-themed decorations, along with special holiday themed food, drink and entertainment.
Hogwarts Castle will be getting a Christmas makeover.
Hogwarts Castle will transform into a "dazzling" light projection spectacular that'll feature memorable Christmas moments from the Harry Potter series. Universal Studios is also promising colorful imagery and impressive dimensional animations, which will all be part of a musical arrangement during night time.
The a cappella Frog Choir will preform new holiday themed songs, and there'll also be a wide selection of new custom-made Christmas ornaments. This includes Hogwarts crest and mascot ornaments, decorative Hogwarts castle snow globes, and a collection of unique tree toppers and house pennant garland.
Last but not least, Butterbeer will be making its long-awaited seasonal return.
In related news, a completely new Harry Potter ride is also coming to Wizarding World of Harry Potter.
