How to Complete Every Mass Effect: Andromeda Vault

Vaults are ancient subterranean complexes in Mass Effect: Andromeda, built and maintained by the Remnant, which when activated will boost the environmental stability of a planet in the Heleus Cluster. They are unlocked by finding and activating a series of Monoliths around the surface of a planet.

VAULT BONUSES
Each Remnant Vault contains two things that can easily be overlooked if Ryder isn't paying attention: a chest full of valuable Remnant tech and an additional bonus area that can contain either more tech, large amounts of additional Research Data, or bonus skill points.
The locations of these items are detailed in each Vault Guide.

The vault on Eos is accessed as part of the Priority Op A Better Beginning.

The three monoliths on Eos will be main objectives in the mission A Better Beginning. One is where you initially meet Peebee, the second is above the cliffs near Fairwinds Basin and the third is located inside a heavily guarded Kett research station. Activate them to reveal the Vault entrance in the middle of the nearby lake.

The vault on Voeld is accessed as par of the side mission Restoring a World.

Once you have your Nomad on Voeld, start driving around the drop off and reach the bridge to start the side emission. The first monolith is out in the open and closest to the bridge. The second monlith is the north-esat one where you can find the console underground. Go south to find the third monolith that also has its console in a cave. Once activated, head for the vault at the center of the tundra.

The vault on Havarl can be accessed after visiting a series of locations during the side mission A Dying Planet.

The first monolith on Havarl has already been activated. When you play the Helping Havarl's Scientists mission as part of the main walkthrough, you'll end up activating the second monolith. The third monolith is activated after a series of tasks during the A Dying Planet side mission, located at the end of the giant chasm.

The vault Kadara can be accessed as you're complete the side missionsHealing Kadara's Heart and The Outlaw Monolith.

The vault on Kadara contains a bonus chest that rewards two skill points as well as a chest that can be collected while escaping after initiating the vault purification sequence that restarts the environmental stabilization process.

The vault Elaaden can be accessed as you're complete the side missionTaming a Desert.

After activating the three monoliths around Elaaden, there is an entry puzzle to solve, as well as very difficult decryption puzzle at a bonus terminal that unlocks two free skill points.
