Iron Fist Showrunner Also Heading Up Inhumans Series

Scott Buck is now steering the ship on two big Marvel shows.

Scott Buck, the executive producer and showrunner on Marvel's Iron Fist for Netflix, will also now head up ABC's upcoming Marvel series, The Inhumans.

According to Variety, Buck (Dexter, Six Feet Under) will assume the same leadership role on The Inhumans, serving as EP and showrunner.

Thanks to a partnership between Marvel, ABC and IMAX, the first two episodes of The Inhumans will debut exclusively in IMAX before the eight-episode series airs on television shortly thereafter.

IMAX Entertainment CEO Greg Foster recently confirmed the first 80 minutes of The Inhumans will screen in IMAX theaters worldwide in early September. The show will then premiere on ABC on September 26, with a new episode airing every Tuesday night.

Meanwhile, Iron Fist will debut on Netflix this coming March, serving as the fourth Marvel series that's exclusive to the popular streaming service. For a sneak peek at the show, check out Netflix's the teaser trailer for Iron Fist.
