The Vulture apparently makes quite the initial impression in Spider-Man: Homecoming.
Peter Parker himself Tom Holland talked to USA Today about the villain's debut. "The first time we see the Vulture is terrifying," he said. "It’s like a horror movie: really scary, very intense and shocking."
Birdman star Michael Keaton will portray the Vulture in Spider-Man: Homecoming, also known as Adrian Toomes. Director Jon Watts explained that he'll be a different kind of bad guy.
“It’s fun to think that if Spider-Man is a regular kid who becomes a superhero, there’s got to be a bunch of regular guys who become supervillains, too," Watts said.
Spider-Man: Homecoming hits theaters on July 7.
