FFXV: Cash in Oracle Ascension Coins for Awesome Gear

In Final Fantasy XV, Oracle Ascension Coins are a form of end-game currency that you can collect throughout the game. They are scattered across the world, so keep an eye out for any blue motes of light lingering around.

Once you arrive at Altissia, you can find a vendor who will exchange the coins for rare and powerful accessories and other gear. Because of this, it's worth finding as many as you can ahead of time.

Below are a list of known locations at this time.

The following locations are found in the region known as Leide, where the game begins in Chapter 1.

1. This coin is located on top of a fan vent at the side of the convenience shop at the Hammerhead outpost.

2. At the Galdin Quay resort, look for the man who offers hotel rooms, and turn right to find a small deck below the main deck to the right of the man. The coin is on a small round table.

There are two Oracle coins in the trench dungeon that you enter during Chapter 2's quest: The Power of Kings.

3. The first one is located at the end of a tunnel before a pair of locked metal doors and near an Ice element charge point.

4. The second is in a more secret passage along the main route. You'll find a small tunnel in the side of the wall as you make your way through. It's one passage nefpre the first stairs that lead down and in the same hallway that leads to the locked doors of the previous coin.

5. In Northern Leide where Chapter 2 takes you, look for a merchant across from the outpost, alongside some scrapped cars and a brick building. Jump to the roof of the building by climbing the debris and you can find the coin on top.

The following coins are located in the Duscae region - the area you can travel to starting in Chapter 3.

6. The first outpost heading into Duscae, find a small parking lot across the road going South. Look between the abandoned cars here to find the coin.

7. Located in the outpost to the South of the Cauthes Disc, head into the town with the two red buildings on the right side that have multiple stories you can travel up via stairs. Only one of the two red buildings allows you to go to the roof, so head to the roof of the southeastern most building to find the coin by some small water towers.

8. Located at the outpost to the West of the Cauthess Disc, head into town and look for the South side where some stairs go down below the town. At the bottom of the stairs, look along the large walls to find the coin.

9. During Chapter 5's quest The Trial of Ramuh, you'll enter a dungeon on the East side of Duscae called Fociaugh Hollow. Travel down the deamon-infested cave until you reach an area with a single shaft of light shining on some grass. The coin is located to the left of this small patch.

10. On the Southern rim of Duscae leading towards the long roads to the coast is an outpost with a Crow's Nest. The coin can be found near the Crow's Nest Diner behind a Weapon Truck vendor, in a metal container by a stack of wooden logs.

The following coins are located in the far western region of Cleigne past the giant Taelpar Crag that seperates Duscae from Cleigne, an area you can travel to starting in Chapter 3.

11. This tricky to find coin is hiding amid the alleyways of the main town of Lestallum. To find it, head towards the power plant near the back of the city, and look along the alley walls leading to the area to find a coin among some boxes on a cart.

12. Head over to Old Lestallum and you'll find a bridge at the west side of it. At the south-east corner of the bridge is a staircase down to the shore. A coin can be found in a bush near the back base of the stairs.

13. Down the road West of Lestallum towards the waterfall hiding the Greyshire Grotto dungeon is a small outpost. Parking at the emporium, look behind several orange traffic cones opposite from the gas pumps to find the coin.

14. During the quest in Chapter 3, The Sword in the Waterfall, you can enter an icy cave behind the waterfall to the West of Burbost Souvenir Emporium. Travel through the dungeon until you reach a large open icy area with a Fire Deposit and several paths. Take the lower path into a central chamber swarming with Imps, and look along the small alcoves on the left to find the coin stashed in a corner. This is near to the end of the mission.

15. In the far West end of Cleigne is the volcano and dungeon The Rock of Cavatogh, and an outpost with a Vernias Mart just before the path to the volcano itself. In the outpost, go past the Weapon Truck vendor to the far Northeastern building and look behind a dumpster to find the coin.

16. Up to North of Lestallum is one of two paths to the top North of Cleigne where the Vesperpool is. At the end of Pallareth Pass is a roadblock where the Meldacio Hunter HQ is located. In this outpost, look along the right side of the outpost behind the shacks to find a small bin with a coin inside.

17. Head all the way down to the Southern tip of Cleigne and Duscae to find a tiny outpost called Cape Caem. Park the car and head up the path to the lighthouse. Around the back of the structure you can find a coin.

18. Also located in Cape Caem, you can enter the lighthouse itself to find another coin stashed on the opposite side of the interior.

19. As you head through the Malmalam Thicket, you'll come across a campsite. Over by fire elemental stones, you'll find this coin.

In addition to the placed coins in the world, you can also get coins from killing the infamous Cactaur, a rare enemy that appears only in certain locations and during specific times of day. Though they are fairly hard to track down, but should almost always reward you with a coin!
