Doctor Strange fans will have a chance to get an early peek at Marvel's upcoming film ahead of its release this November, as the studio has announced a special IMAX 3D first look event that will be available in select theaters across North America.
The event, dubbed Marvel Studios' Expand Your Mind: An IMAX 3D Exclusive First Look, will feature 15 minutes of footage from the film. Over 115 theaters across North America will screen the sneak peek on October 10 at 7pm. The special screening will be available at select 3D and IMAX 3D theaters internationally as well.
Tickets are free and will be available on a first-come, first-seve basis. You can reserve your seat starting today right here. Those who attend will also receive a limited edition Doctor Strange IMAX poster.
According to director Scott Derrickson, "the completed film will feature more than an hour of specially formatted IMAX sequences that will provide audiences with a totally immersive—and mind-blowing—film-going experience."
