First Photo From Jurassic World 2 Revealed

Director J.A. Bayona has tweeted the first official image from the Jurassic World sequel, which has recently started filming.

In the photo, a young girl stands in front of a bunch of dino skeletons in what looks like a museum of some sort. Bayona did not say who the young girl is, and there are no obvious links to the characters in Jurassic World. Perhaps she is the daughter of Claire (Bryce Dallas Howard) and Owen (Chris Pratt), both of whom are returning for the sequel?

Producer and screenwriter Colin Trevorrow, who helmed the original film, said that the sequel will be "be more suspenseful and scary." He also said that Jurassic World 2 won't focus on militarized dinosaurs, a plot point set up in Jurassic World.

Jurassic World 2 will open in theaters on June 22, 2018, and will serve as the second chapter in a new trilogy.
