A new experimental map is coming to Rocket League in June, and it's bringing a couple more walls to proceedings.
The map is called Pillars, and - as you might guess - two large pillars create additional walls in the middle of the map. They effectively separate the pitch into three lanes, and the goals are on either side of the middle lane.
Psyonix says there will be an "emphasis on using multiple walls to your advantage." You'll be bouncing shots off the pillars and driving up them to gain extra height over your opponents.
Much like the previous experimental maps, Pillars will have a virtual reality aesthetic theme. It will only be available in the Rocket Labs playlist for now.
Cross-platform play between Xbox and PC came to Rocket League earlier this week, meaning PC players can now play with both PS4 and Xbox One users.
