Despite the fact he left Facebook - and by extension, Oculus - earlier on this year, Palmer Luckey is still passionate about virtual reality.
The Oculus co-founder took to the HTC stage at TGS recently (per roadtovr) and said that among other business ventures, he still very much in the VR industry.
“I have a new company," said Luckey. "I can’t talk about my projects too much yet, but I’m still working in the virtual reality industry on some very exciting things.”
“Don’t think of me as an Oculus person," he continued. "Just think of me as a VR person. Everything. Sony, HTC, other companies. Everything.”
In June, it was reported that Luckey had pledged thousands of dollars to a project that aims to unlock Oculus Rift-exclusive games for HTC Vive.
