Eclipsing another commendable milestone.

Total shipments and digital sales for Nier: Automata have crossed the 1.5 million mark worldwide.

Square Enix touted the new sales milestone in a post of the official Japanese Nier Twitter account.

Following its release first in Japan this past February, the PS4 version of Nier: Automata launched in North America and Europe on March 7 and March 10, respectively, which was followed by the PC version on March 17. In April, Square Enix announced shipments and digital sales of Nier: Automata eclipsed one million units worldwide.
