In Batman and Harley Quinn, Batman and Nightwing are forced to enlist the help of Harley Quinn after Poison Ivy and Jason Woodrue (a.k.a. The Floronic Man) wipe out most of humanity in their ecological quest to save the planet. However, Harley Quinn's unpredictability tests Batman's patience, resulting in a bumpy road trip filled with twists and turns.

The film features the voice talent of Kevin Conroy (Batman: The Animated Series) as Batman, Melissa Rauch (The Big Bang Theory) as Harley Quinn, Loren Lester (Batman: The Animated Series) as Nightwing, Paget Brewster (Criminal Minds) as Poison Ivy and Kevin Michael Richardson (The Cleveland Show) as Jason Woodrue.

Batman and Harley Quinn is based on an original story by Bruce Timm (Batman: The Dark Knight Returns) and directed by Sam Liu (Batman: The Killing Joke), from a script by Timm and Jim Krieg (Justice League: The Flashpoint Paradox).
