Fist Fight

Release Date: Tuesday, May 30, 2017

  • See it on Amazon for $22.99 (Blu-ray)

From our Review: Ever since the first Friday film opened in 1995, Ice Cube has enjoyed plenty of success in comedies. He’s found a nice niche for himself in a genre that has, surprisingly, produced more hits than misses for the rapper-turned-actor. Over the past two decades, Cube has amassed an impressive filmography with appearances in films like the Barbershop, Jump Street, and Ride Along series. Cube continues his comedic winning streak in the satisfyingly crude Fist Fight, a film light on plot and character development, but one that still often shines due to its hilarious star-studded cast.

Rising Storm 2: Vietnam

  • See it on Steam for $22.49 (PC)

The sequel to 2013's critically acclaimed first-person shooter, Rising Storm 2: Vietnam moves the franchise to the Vietnam War, where American and Vietnamese forces square off in a whole new generation of warfare.

Perception

Release Date: Tuesday, May 30, 2017

  • See it on Steam
  • Also downloadable on PS4 & Xbox One

From our Review: Perception invokes the most basic human phobia - a fear of the dark - by placing you in the shoes of Cassie, a blind woman who navigates by means of echolocation. It gives her - and you - only momentary glimpses of her surroundings, forcing you piece together room layouts, landmarks, and threats in the mere seconds before the shadows rush back in. It’s emblematic of Perception’s problems, then, that my main emotion as I sat in the dark wasn’t fear, but irritation.
