The re-release of card battle RPG arena fighter, Phantom Dust, will launch tomorrow for free on Xbox One and Windows 10.
In a tweet, the Head of Xbox games marketing Aaron Greenberg announced that the fan favourite would be available at no cost and exclusively as an Xbox Play Anywhere title on Microsoft's platforms.
News of the re-release first broke during last year's E3 conference and boasted that the game would use the original assets but now support the current ecosystem of Xbox Live.
Additionally, earlier this month we were able to confirm some of the changes coming to this version of the game, including visual upgrades and updates to the single-player campaign which allow players to skip missions after failing them 3 times.
Hopefully, this re-release will tide over those excited for the Phantom Dust reboot which is still on hold due to the closure of development team Darkside Game Studio.
Phantom Dust's original release scored an 8.5 in our review due to the depth of both the single player and online components of this cleverly disguised card battle game.
