Update 2: The stretch goals for Project Rap Rabbit's Kickstarter have been taken down and will be updated prioritize a Nintendo Switch version.
"Over the last 24 hours we’ve been taking the time to digest all your comments, wishes and feedback, and one request stands out above all others: a significantly lower Nintendo Switch goal," an update on the project's Kickstarter page reads. "We want to let you know that we hear you loud and clear. As a result, we are busy re-examining our Stretch Goal format to prioritize a Nintendo Switch version of Project Rap Rabbit above other features."
Update: NanaOn-Sha and iNiS have launched a Kickstarter seeking $1.1 million in funding for their previously announced rhythm-based adventure game, tentatively titled Project Rap Rabbit.
According to the project's Kickstarter page, Project Rap Rabbit is in the works for both PlayStation 4 and PC, and will be an "explosive mix of Japanese folklore and traditional artwork, hip hop and humorous battle rap face-offs."
A rabbit named Toto-maru, described as simple farm boy who's able to harness the special power of force through rap," will serve as the game's main character.
The Kickstarter campaign includes a number of stretch goals. If it garners $3.1 million in funding, the team will make an Xbox One version, and if the campaign goes as high as $4.95 million, a version will be made for Nintendo Switch.
