Destiny 2: Curse of Osiris DLC Release Date Revealed

PlayStation's Paris Games Week conference offered the first info on the DLC.

During PlayStation's Paris Games Week press conference, Bungie revealed the first details about Destiny 2's initial DLC expansion, Curse of Osiris, along with a new trailer.

Curse of Osiris will be available on December 5, Bungie confirmed during the Paris Games Week PlayStation press conference.

The expansion sends players on a hunt to find Osiris, "the notorious heretic and most powerful Warlock in the history of the Last City" in an effort to stop the Vex.

Reports of the Curse of Osiris DLC surfaced earlier this year, suggesting it would add a Mercury patrol zone, and a new social space at the Lighthouse. Bungie's marketing director Eric Osborne later confirmed that at least the leaked name of the DLC was its genuine title.

Bungie also recently outlined a host of updates and improvements the developer plans on making to its sequel shortly following Destiny 2's release on PC. IGN updated its Destiny 2 review to reflect the PC version — find out whether IGN believes it's the best platform on which to play what has already become 2017's best-selling game.
