Resident Evil 4 & 5, Starting at Just $12
I don't know about you, but I consider RE 4 to be one of my all-time favorite third-person shooters. I played it on my roommate's GameCube in college, and I've since owned it on Wii and now PS4. And while I don't love RE 5 to revisit it annually like RE 4, that game is a blast as a couch co-op affair.
If your collection is somehow lacking either game, Amazon will sell you a digital copy PS4 for just $12, and discs start at $15 on either console. Happy (not quite) zombie hunting!
The LOTR Game No One Knew They Wanted is Down to $15
No one expected we would be getting a Lord of the Rings game great enough to merit a 9.3 review, 12 whole years after the trilogy hit theaters. Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor turned out to be one of 2015's most pleasant surprises, and I'm still shocked we've yet hear about sequel, or see another game copy its devious Nemesis system.
If you somehow missed this one, add the GOTY edition your keep for $15 on PS4.
Save $250 on a 55-inch 4K HDR TV
Dell currently has the lowest price I've ever seen for this 55-inch 4K TV with HDR. Amazon currently sells $798, and the best price it's ever listed is $598, but Dell currently has it for just $550. This a hot TV deal and I would get on it, fast!
You read that right, I said any movie! Use code MOVIE99 (pick the movie you want, then right below the "Rent Movie" button, click on "More Purchase Options" and click "Redeem a gift card or promotion code" to enter the code). This code is only good once per account, so use it up before it expires on January 23rd. Remember, once you rent a movie you have 30 days to watch it, so take advantage before the offer expires.
Before it's a Movie, Read About The 1980's Throwdown Between Nintendo and Sega
There's a reason Seth Rogen has the rights to make Console Wars: Sega, Nintendo, and the Battle that Defined a Generation into a movie: it's fantastic story of corporate rivalry and intrigue, set against an awesomely eighties background. It's The Social Network for the early years of the video game industry and it can be yours to read on Kindle for only $2 (paperback copies are usually around $8. That's the cheapest it's ever been and remember, you can read Kindle books on any phone, laptop, or tablet, just download the Kindle app.
Console Wars: Sega, Nintendo, and the Battle that Defined a Generation $2
Catch Three Pokémon Blu-rays for the Lowest Price Available
I remember buying a bootleg VHS of Pokémon: The First Movie from my local comic book store. It was in Japanese with English subtitles, and cost me nearly a month's worth of allowance, but it made me the coolest kid at my lunch table for weeks. Now, all that glory and more can be yours at a fraction of the price.
Save $70 on this 32-inch VA Panel
Get a giant monitor with inky blacks and incredible color reproduction for $300. That's a good $70 less than usual for a massive monitor that PCMag awarded 4 stars.
Never Let Your Phone Die with These Battery and Car Charger Deals
New year, new rule: no more letting your phone run out when you really need it, or begging the bartender to plug in your phone (she doesn't want that kind of responsibility!). Instead, keep topped off with a portable battery or USB car charger.
Portable Batteries
The Aukey charger is great for any phone, and I love how low profile it is (you'll hardly notice it in your car). The other two are larger, but let you charge up to 3 devices, and they have quick charge, which benefits newer Android devices.

Stop Fiddling With Your Phone While You Drive!
Here's a new year's resolution for you: be safer with your phone in your car! Keep GPS directions right in view and Siri in convenient shouting range while you drive. You've got three options below, and I would personally reccomend the CD slot holder, especially if you can't remember the last time you popped a disc in there.
Get Two Dry Bags for $8 and Keep Your Phone Safe All Year Long
These Mpow dry bags aren't the kind of thing you'll want to pop your iPhone or Samsung into everyday, but if you're going to the beach, the pool, or anybody of water/ source of obnoxious, glass-scratching grit, you can safe yourself a ton of grief and possibly hundreds of dollars by sealing it up in a dry bag. It even floats should your phone end up walking the plank!
Change the Way You Wake Up with a Philips Wake-Up Light with Sunrise Simulation
I have one of these and I love it!. No one likes waking up to a beeping or clanging. Instead, you could be slowly roused from slumber by a gentle light, which is exactly what the Philips Wake-Up clock does. It slowly starts to illuminate a few minutes before your set wake-up time, filling the room with light. And don't worry, deep sleepers, a beeping is coming to make sure you get going on time.
Get A Whole Weight Rack out of These Bowflex Dumbbells
Here's the lowest price I've ever seen for this pair of adjustable Bowflex dumbbells, which start at 5lbs and go all the way up to 52.5lbs. They're not cheap at $236, but compare the cost 9and size!) of these to an entire weight rack and you'll see the benefit.
Bowflex SelectTech 552 Adjustable Dumbbells (Pair) $236 $279
Murdered Soul Suspect $7.55
