Cisco faces a major test of his powers.

Tonight's Flash introduced a new DC hero to the Arrow-verse, as inter-dimensional bounty hunter Gypsy (Jessica Camacho) crossed over from Earth-19 to arrest HR for his crimes. That forced Cisco to step up and defend his buddy, in the process putting his growing Vibe powers to the rest.
