Nioh Getting High-Difficulty Missions in March

Future DLC detailed, to boot.

Nioh will be getting a couple of free major updates in the coming months, Koei Tecmo has announced.

In a livestream, via Gematsu, Koei Tecmo revealed that ten types of high-difficulty missions, including ones that feel like boss rushes, will be added to Nioh coming in late March. In late April, Nioh will be getting PvP.

What's more, Koei Tecmo also announced that the first DLC, titled Dragon of Tohoku, will launch in April and will include new scenarios, weapon types, characters, guardian spirits, stages, and more. Japan’s Best Warrior and Peaceful and Tranquil will be the names of the second and third pieces of DLC, respectively.

Nioh released earlier this month for PS4. For more on the action RPG, be sure to checkout our Nioh review, which called the game "an epic, unforgettable adventure carried by a fierce combat system that cleverly balances style and strategy."
