LEGO City Undercover is coming to Nintendo Switch, PS4, Xbox One, and PC on April 4.
The open-world LEGO game first launched for Wii U back in 2013. The modern version of the game features a co-op mode not found in the original.
WB Games announced LEGO City Undercover for PC, Xbox One, PS4 and Nintendo Switch on its Twitter page back in November, but didn't give a firm release date, saying the game was coming out in Spring 2017.
If you missed it on Wii U, and statistically speaking you probably did, the game blends the humor and collecting of LEGO games with a Grand Theft Auto-style open world format. There are "more than 20 unique districts to investigate," and besides the obvious chasing and apprehending criminals, there are "mischievous aliens to capture," among other quirky, LEGO-game activities.
It all works quite well, and in our original LEGO City Undercover review we gave the game an 8.0.
