Senate Votes to Restore Net Neutrality

Net Neutrality is back.

The United States Senate has voted to restore Net Neutrality.

According to CNET, the Senate overturned the FCC repeal of Net Neutrality with a final vote of 52 to 47.

Democrats were able to eke out a victory by utilizing the Congressional Review Act, which gives Congress 60 legislative days to undo a federal agency regulation.
