How to Complete Breath of the Wild's Garb of Winds Quest

The EX Treasure: Garb of the Winds is one of DLC Side Quests in The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild. The Quest is located at the Deya Village Ruins, located in the Lake Region to the Southwest of the Dueling Peaks Tower. Completing this quest will earn you the Island Lobster Shirt.

Travel to the flooded ruins of the Deya Village and look for a large destroyed house with its foundation intact - near a broken wagon. Inside the house is a new journal from Misko the Great Bandit. He's hidden six more relics from Hyrule Castle. You'll be given a specific clue for this quest:

"The blue garb of the hero who controlled the wind and traveled the ocean is where the Menoat River was born."

Rivers are often born in the hills that lead down to the ocean. The Menoat River is located just to the South of the Lake Tower in the Lake Region, and just above the river is the Cora Lake - where the river begins.

Head to Cora Lake, and look at the motion of the water to find where the source is coming from off on the West. Once you get to the last few rocks in front of the source, use Magnesis to check the waters below to find the chest holding the Island Lobster Shirt (create a platform with Cryonis to get close to the chest).

The shirt doesn't provide much defense, but it does give good heat resistance - perfect for tropical weather.
