Star Wars: Emilia Clarke's Chewbacca Instagram Video

It seems Daenerys Targaryen herself Emilia Clarke and Chewbacca are quite close friends.

Clarke, whose role in the Han Solo anthology film is still a mystery, posted an Instagram video of Chewbacca (Joonas Suotamo) from the set of the movie, where the duo celebrate the actress hitting 10 million followers on Instagram.

Check out the video below, in which Chewie gives Clarke a big hug.

Earlier this year, Clarke discussed what it's like to be a part of the yet-to-be-titled Star Wars anthology film. She remained tight-lipped on her role, saying "it's even scarier talking about that than Game of Thrones."

Ron Howard took over as director following the departures of Phil Lord and Christopher Miller. Five weeks of re-shoots were reportedly already planned before Howard joined. The director recently revealed a few new on-set photos, providing a new look at Donald Glover as Lando Calrissian and revealing an additional Wookiee besides Chewbacca.

Disney and Lucasfilm's Han Solo movie will be released in theaters on May 25, 2018.
