The latest patch for the Nintendo Switch version of Minecraft improves the game's visuals.
According to the game's patch notes, the update enables Minecraft to output at a 1080p resolution when the Switch is in docked mode.
Before, the game could only output at a resolution of 720p regardless of whether or not it was being used outside of portable mode.
The patch also makes several other tweaks to Minecraft: Switch Edition, including a wealth of bug fixes and the addition of the free Glide track, Canyon.
