Tonight's Arrow introduced two new pivotal characters. In the past, Ollie came face-to-face with the other daughter of Ra's al Ghul, Talia (Lexa Doig). And in the present, Team Arrow considered recruiting vigilante Tina Bolland (Juliana Harkavy) to become the new Black Canary.
