Upgrade Weapons With Every Sardinium Location in Splatoon 2


This page lists all of the Sardinium Locations found in Splatoon 2's Single Player Campaign. You can also check out our Sunken Scroll Locations page and Tickets Locations page.

Collecting Sardinium will allow you to level up your weapons at Sheldon's Ammo Knight store in Sector 1. There are 37 Sardinium to collect in all. All five bosses give you Sardinium after you defeat them.

Nearby the Stage 2 entrance is a wall you can slide up. Jump to the next platform and keep ride up the next wall to find the Sardinium hiding in an orange crate.

After Checkpoint 5. Don't ride up into the launch pad just yet! Splash some ink leading up to the top of the platform, then swim up to find a small crate containing the Sardinium

After Checkpoint 3. Before you leave using the launch pad, make a path leading to the top of the wooden wall. Here you’ll find three crates, one of which holds the Sardinium.

After you defeat the boss, claim the Sardinium that was dropped in front of the Zapfish.

Down underneath the area where the Stage 6 entrance is located is a small area blocked by crates. Destroy them to reveal your precious Sardinium.

After Checkpoint 1. Before you enter the launch pad, take a look past the edge to see a small area with two small orange crates. Drop down to find a Sardinium inside.

After Checkpoint 6. Jump to the left most ride rail and keep riding it to the end. Check inside the small orange crate.

After Checkpoint 1. Destroy the Octozeppelin as it's coming out of its hatch. With area free of enemies slide over to the hatch and grab the Sardinium.

After Checkpoint 5. After you activate the ride rail, hop on and jump at the end to reach the glass at the center of the area. The Sardinium is inside the crate.

After Checkpoint 2. After you knock out the Octarian with the shield with a vertical inkfurler, drop off the left side to find a grate with an orange crate holding the Sardinium.

Head to the opposite side of the map where the other spawn point. You’ll find the Sardinium inside an orange crate out in the open.

After you defeat the boss, claim the Sardinium that was dropped in front of the Zapfish.

From the start of the area, take a right and use the fan to move the platform. Switch to your charger and grab onto the Grapplink. Go near the Stage 13 entrance and you'll find a climbable wall along one side of the scaffolding. Swim up, then hop over to the crate holding the Sardinium.

After Checkpoint 5. After you get through the path of sponges, break down the orange chests behind the launch pad to reveal the Sardinium!

After Checkpoint 7. In the area with all the Tentakooks, there are actually two different keys to pick up. One is for the lock holding the launch pad and the other is for the Sardinium. Each one is with a different Tentakook!

After Checkpoint 2. Get past the Flooder and climb up the wooden wall. The Sardinium is in the crate!

After Checkpoint 1. Just before the launch pad is a crate on top of a glass box. You can’t get up to it from the launch pad area. Instead, as your swimming on moving blocks towards the launch pad, ink the one side with the wood and climb up that way.

After Checkpoint 6. After you’re done fighting the Octolings, looking behind the black boxes and the car to find the Sardinium.

Go to the other side of the map where the opposite team’s spawn point rests. Look for a plastic wrapped orange crate. The Sardinium is inside.

After you defeat the boss, claim the Sardinium that was dropped in front of the Zapfish.

Start from the center area and go left. Hit the valve and use the inkfurler on the left. Swim down it, hit the next inkfurler, then jump to it. You should now be at the crates where the Sardinium hides inside.

After Checkpoint 2. After you take out the Octosniper, look at the lane for the last row of Octoballers. Drop through the grate at the end to find the Sardinium.

After Checkpoint 1. On the second rotating block, take note of the wall on the left. Splash some ink on it and ride it to the top where a crate rests.

After Checkpoint 4. Once you’re on the moving platform, fight off enemies until you reach the halfway point. Blow up the sponge in the center and use it to reach the Sardinium above. Make sure you take out all the enemies first otherwise they’ll shrink the sponge.

Take the left launch pad. After you hit the red switch, go left and find another red switch on the same block. This will lower the block, giving you the chance to jump onto it. The crate has the Sardinium.

After Checkpoint 3. Get the fan moving on the moving platform and have it go all the way. Use the valve to reach the Sardinium in the air!

Head over to the opposite side of the map. Spray ink just below the other team’s spawn point to uncover a chest holding the Sardinium.

After you defeat the boss, claim the Sardinium that was dropped in front of the Zapfish.

Hop on the UFO to the left of the giant hole. Get off at the checkpoint and look over the edge. Spray some ink at the murky water to reveal an invisible platform. Drop down and destroy the crates hidden within the wall. The Sardinium is inside.

After Checkpoint 7. On top of the block tower is a vault guarding the Sardinium. You need to get the key from Tentakook that circles the base of the tower. He is quick and trying to catch up with him doesn't work. One way to get him is to throw a bomb next to him from above. This will force him to go in the opposite direction, giving you a chance to cut it off.

After Checkpoint 7. Hop onto the center ride rail and side hop when needed. Ultimately you'll want to stay on the center rail as this one goes to the Sardinium. When rail is about to end, jump through the hope and grab the Sardinium. You'll land down below onto another rail.

After Checkpoint 1. Behind the first moving wall is the Sardinium. Use the wall once, then splat ink on the back and jump on. Grab it, then hop onto the top and return.

After Checkpoint 5. Once you've jumped over the giant wall, take a look down below to see a Sardinium sitting on a small patch of grass.

After Checkpoint 1. Drop down to the narrow path and turn around to find a small crate with the Sardinium inside.

Go to the opposite team's side and look for inkfurler. Use it to swim to a crate above that holds the Sardinium

After you complete the game and watch the credits, a Sardinium will be added afterwards.
