When Tony Stark isn't saving the world or flirting with supermodels, he's usually in the workshop tinkering away at a new version of the Iron Man armor. And with the Marvel Cinematic Universe now clocking in at 16 films with the release of Spider-Man: Homecoming, we've seen quite a few Iron Man suits on the big screen.
From the original Mark I all the way up to Tony's sleek new armor in Homecoming, here are all the major Iron Man armors that have appeared in the MCU so far...
With Iron Man playing a central role in next year's Avengers: Infinity War, it's a safe bet we'll see at least one new incarnation of the armor in 2018. A recent set photo hints at a major status quo change for Tony Stark in that movie.
Actor Robert Downey Jr. also recently hinted his days with the MCU may be numbered. We have a few ideas for how Marvel can handle losing one of its biggest stars, including recasting the role and making way for Tony's current successor in the comics, Riri Williams.
