Disney's New Star Wars, Marvel Hotels Officially Announced

During the Parks and Resorts panel at D23, Disney revealed details of its upcoming Star Wars and Marvel hotels.

Disney Parks chairman Bob Chapek calls the Star Wars hotel experience "100% immersive," being more than just a simple hotel stay. "The story will touch every single minute of your day," he said.

The new Marvel hotel is coming to Disneyland Paris, and features Marvel-themed decor "that would make Tony Stark proud." The hotel is a "re-imagination" of the existing Hotel New York.

The Star Wars hotel was hinted at back in April by a survey given to Disney guests, one that happened to coincide with Star Wars Celebration 2017 in Orlando, FL.

During the same panel, Disney revealed the name and details of its upcoming Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge attraction.
