Bond 25: Daniel Craig's Return Reportedly a 'Done Deal'

Back as Bond in 2019?

Daniel Craig will reportedly be back to star as 007 in James Bond 25.

As reported by The New York Times, two informed individuals who wished to remain anonymous said the actor's return is a "done deal," adding weight to prior reports that producer Barbara Broccoli recently secured Craig and is now working to get Adele to sing the film's theme song.

It's important to note that Craig's involvement has yet to be confirmed. Yesterday, Eon Productions and MGM announced James Bond 25 will be released on November 8, 2019, but refrained from revealing the film's cast or director, saying the information will be provided at some point in the future.

After expressing little interest in returning for the role shortly before the release of Spectre, Craig changed his tune the following year, suggesting he may return as Bond for the 25th installment after all.

While no official title for Bond 25 has yet been announced, MGM and Eon confirmed the screenplay will be penned by Casino Royale, Quantum of Solace, Skyfall, and Spectre writers Neal Purvis and Robert Wade.
