Looking for some laughs? Want to zone out in front of the TV and binge some crackling good comedy? We've got a rundown of some of the best shows currently available for streaming.

Not only is Cheers one of the best and brightest comedies of all time, but it managed to survive, and thrive, after losing one of its co-leads (and half of a very hot on again/off again TV couple), Shelly Long, who opted not to renew her contract after Season 5. Even with her departure, this fantastic Boston bar comedy - starring Ted Danson, Woody Harrelson, Kelsey Grammer, and more -- lasted six more seasons and went on to garner huge ratings and many more awards.

Available on: Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu

Parks and Recreation
Parks and Recreation

Originally meant to be a sister series to The Office, because of the mockumentary format and (initially) a bumbling boss character, Parks and Recreation picked up some impressive steam and found its creative glory in Season 2 and became one of the most beloved comedies of the past two decades. Incredibly funny, but also supremely sweet, Parks gave us unforgettable characters and ridiculously great moments.

Available on: Netflix, Hulu

Happy Endings

The wonderful and ah-mah-zing Happy Endings may have been canceled too soon, but three seasons of it -- two of which are full network seasons -- live and breathe over on Hulu. Just make sure you watch Season 1 in the right order (there are guides online) because ABC aired it all funky-style because the original premise, which involved friends trying to figure out how to cope when the engaged pair of the group break up, got mostly scrapped. I know. Now this sounds like work, but it's worth it! We promise.

We're sure most of you are familiar with Seinfeld, or at least its most famous episodes, but binging this iconic comedy is a trip since the show noticeably changes toward the end of Season 2 - morphing from a decent series into the sublimely insane and infinitely quotable "show about nothing" that helped change TV forever.

Available on: Hulu

Arrested Development

You can binge all the FOX seasons of the amazing Arrested Development over on Hulu, but if you're also looking for the fourth season, then you have to head to Netflix - as it was created for Netflix. Either way, there's plenty of Bluth to be had, so if you've never seen this classic cuber-clever comedy, featuring some of the best and boldest gags of all time, then here's some money. Go see a Star War.

Available on: Netflix, Hulu (Seasons 1-3 only)

Curb Your Enthusiasm

Seinfeld co-creator, and basis for the George Costanza character, Larry David took his annoyance with, and intolerance for, the minutiae of everyday life, dialed up the awkwardness, and gave us another classic comedy. In Curb Your Enthusiasm, David portrays a semi-fictionalized version of himself as he neurotically navigates through his post-Seinfeld life in Los Angeles.

Available on: Amazon Prime

All episodes of the quick-witted, meta-riffic Community -- including the one season without showrunner/creator Dan Harmon and the final season that aired on the now-defunct Yahoo Screen -- can be seen over on Hulu. So register right now for some spectacularly silly antics over at Greendale and join Jeff Winger's ragtag study group and get ready for paintball, musicals, claymation specials, more paintball, and everything streets ahead!
