Indie MegaBooth Creators Announce MegaShow Events

The creators of Indie MegaBooth have partnered with Sony and Adult Swim Games to create MegaShow, a roaming series of one-day events that combine games, music and art.

The first MegaShow will take place in Atlanta on July 15, located at the Tabernacle from 1pm-1am - tickets will go on sale from June 13.

A full line-up of games, music acts and artists will be announced when tickets go on sale, but it promises to "feature indie and local community content across a variety of playful mediums to bring people together to celebrate and connect with one another."

The MegaShow is also still accepting local vendors and artists to participate - if that sounds like you, head to the MegaShow website.

“Atlanta is a hotbed for up-and-coming hip hop artists," said MegaShow's Kelly Wallick, "and is home to so many talented musicians and artistic creators, plus a passionate academic and professional developer community. It felt like the best city for the MegaShow to make its debut.”

A firm fixture at PAX and other shows, Indie Megabooth exists to band indie game developers together in a single place, letting smaller games get more notice in a group than they otherwise might do alone. We are very much fans of it.
